Most Association Management Companies (AMCs) profide full and a la carte management services. Seldom do you see 'emergency services" as one of their services. Beginning in 2012, our firm began to offer interim management services for CEO and other senior staff positions, meeting planning, and trade show management -- all positions which, if vacant at critical or for long periods of time, can have a devastating effect on the organization. It is not a service frequently used, but we take pride in offering such a service when needed.
